Heart of Gold is a domiciliary care company based in Bolton, where our caregivers will offer their services to individuals residing in their own homes/premises.

Our aim is to become a premier homecare agency for adults & children in Bolton that need assistance due to learning disabilities, mental health, complex needs and  physical challenges (like Dementia), palliative care and end of life care.

Along with the caring role, Heart of Gold hopes to provide simple support, information and guidance to so that they understand the level of care and support they may be entitled to receive from the NHS, Local Authority and other services in their area.
